Called Ann’s got a next day appointment. I was seen by Zaharaa, very professional, talked me through each step, great service, would definitely use again.
Referred me to Pearl chemist after to pick up some spray. The guys there were also fast and efficient.

I had a really positive experience with Zahra. She kindly saw us as an emergency for a blocked ear and was incredibly professional, reassuring, and helpful throughout. Zahra explained every step and equipment used, plus assured us that if the issue could not be taken care of then what our next steps would be to also lead us to getting the ear block sorted. After a few steps Zahra was able to resolve the blockage, which was such a relief.

I really appreciated the care, patience, and expertise she gave us. She is such a warm friendly and professional person who I would highly recommend. Thank you so much for your excellent service!
